Application
Emulsifier gel for the industrial manufacturing of cakes.
Recommended concentration in the final batter: 0.5%-2.0%*.
*In the EU and some other countries: up to 0.9% in plain cake, due to limitation of propylene glycol usage (0.1% allowance in the foodstuff).
Remark
1) Content in the Golden Emulsifier 8100:
a. Propylene glycol esters of fatty acids E477: Less than 10%.
b. Propylene glycol: 10%.
