Application
For the preparation of a very light in texture, and very smooth bavarois .
Bavarian cream, the flavor base is basic crème Anglaise (milk, egg yolks, sugar).

12 months in closed original package, stored in proper conditions.
Storage: Dry, cool and light-protected conditions.
Packing: 25 kg paper bag with inner polyethylene bags.
