Our History
Andreas Frantzias in 1991 founded Food Ram Trading Ltd in Cyprus to satisfy the market needs for food and beverage industry. Big international firms like Bush Boak Allen UK and CP-Kelco Denmark have trusted FOOD RAM to be their partner agents in Cyprus.
Over the years, Food Ram introduced Stabilizers for the Food & Drink industry, Improvers and Ready mixtures for various types of breads and cakes and expanded its operations abroad into international markets. Meanwhile it is offering consultation to local and international partners to improve and launch new products as to meet their goals.
At the same time Food Ram was authorized as Agent and Distributor for different multinational raw material manufacturers.
Awards and Distinctions
Food RAM was declared as “National Champion” in Innovation category in the “European Business Awards” 2014/15.
The company also won twice the Cyprus Exports prize for the years 2013 and 2016 and was honored by the President of Cyprus.
